The Bypass Level Indicator is installed outside of a vessel or tank. The liquid level in the tank can easily be obtained by reading the flag color. By bypassing a liquid chamber out of a tank, taking advantage of a float inside of the chamber and inserting magnets in the float and the color flags, one can efficiently measure the level of the liquid in side of the thank as shown in the figure on the right.
