Before filling starts, it is necessary to loosen the polyester staple fiber in a fluffing machine; in order to restore its elasticity after it is tied up compactly and tightly under high pressure in about 250kgs/bale by supplier. Also the raw polyester staple fiber is not full open, after through cotton fluffing machine will be more open and soft. The machine can loosing at least 150kgs per hour. Fluffing machine double type as two sets of single type, it is carding polyester fiber twice in one time. Because the polyester fiber after fluffing once has 85% effect of open; fluffing twice can gets 98%.
