Before filling starts, it is necessary to loosen the polyester staple fiber in a fluffing machine; in order to restore its elasticity after it is tied up compactly and tightly under high pressure in about 250kgs/bale by supplier. Also the raw polyester staple fiber is not full open, after through cotton fluffing machine will be more open and soft. The machine can loosing at least 150kgs per hour.
