Cotton - Filling Machine Single-Slot Type

In old time put stuffing materials into plush toys all is by hand, this machine can increase production and get better quality. Suitable for stuffing all kinds of plush toys, such as dolls and animals with plush, velvet, flannel and cloth; also can filling pillow and cushions. The single-slot only have one slot on one side, so only works by one man, also the size just about half of double-slot type; but it is easy to move. It can use cotton, foam, sponge, staple, mixed cotton, shredded cloth and polyester staple fiber. 6 to 15 denier, 32mm cut length, hollow with silicon. The 64mm cut length polyester staple fiber not suitable for our filling machine. For making plush toys the filling machine one slot need one set of 10HP air compressor, if making pillow, cushion and dolls (hands and legs need heard) one slot need one slot need 15HP air compressor. Normally have 6 kinds of pipes comes with machine; 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", 1", 11/4" and 11/2". If filling pillows and cushions you can special order for 2" pipe or 3" pipe. When the filling machine works, it uses air power to blow polyester fiber out through the pipe into toys, the polyester fiber quantity out is controlled by foot valve.
