.Bona light overcoating CH-938 is a water and grease resistant coating for paper plates, food wraps, folding cartons, and furniture shippers. It has good frozen food release, excellent low temperature block resistance, heat seal resistance, and excellent water shedding. It can not be glued with conventional adhesives.

- Processing information:
- Application viscosity: use as received and stir. Recommended application temperature: 18-24 Celsius.
- Reduction: only with bona light technical advice. Reduction may be required for certain equipment in order to achieve optimum results.
- Equipment: Coater/dampeners, blanket coaters.
- Drying: Sufficient volumes of warm air, and medium or short wave I.R. load temperatures should range between 35 Celsius and 40 Celsius.
- Wet Film Weight: Recommend 0.8-1.2 lbs . Wet weight/MSF to optimize performance.
- Inks: Wax content should be limited to polyethylene.
- Clean up: Cleaning is best accomplished before coating dried. Use warm water and liquid detergent.
