Self-Aligning Ball Bearing
Self-Aligning Ball Bearings are constructed with the inner ring and ball assembly contained within an outer ring that has a spherical raceway. This construction allows the bearing to tolerate a small angular misalignment resulting from deflection or improper mounting.
Cannar's Self-Aligning Ball Bearing is suitable when the displacement of the centers around which the shaft and housing rotate and shaft deflection are likely to occur.
Bearings with a tapered bored can easily be fit to the shaft with an adapter assembly.
