The company's processor is Ningbo Beilun plastic&Mould Electric Manufacture Co.,Ltd which is established in 1995.Continuously following the principle of Quality First and Customer Paramount,the company attaches great importance to quality,follows the quality policy of zero failture,pursues the enterprise management mode of people-oriented and has established a complete modern enterprise quality management system and passed ISO9001 quanlity system certification before Dec 2002.The company is investing a lot of funds every year for introducing and fostering compent employees,which settles a good base for the enterprise long-term development.
The current assets of the company is 5.5 million USD and the building area is 20,000sq.m..the company owns over 20 sets of equipment such as advanced process centers,large-scale wire-cutting machines,large-scale electric impulse machines,precision sculpting machines and other metal processing machines,34 sets of injection mould machines with clamping force ranged from 68 tons to 800 tons,which enables us to produce various engineering plastic products including PP,PC,POM,PA,PA66 series.Besides,the company possesses advanced 3D inspection devices and appliers the process controlling methods so as to supply high quality guarantee.
In 2007,the output value of the company reached 40 million RMB,including 8,000,000 RMB for moulds,32,000,000 RMB for product processing.The facility utilization rate was 30%~40%,equpiment utilization rate 50%,and mould processing capablity 50%,thus there is abundant space for futher developing,and we can add more equipment.
