For industrial use, in particular ice cream and confectionary manufacturers, we supply first grade pure Macadamia Paste. This comes as full nut (containing whole nuts, Styles 0,1, 2 or 3), granulated (containing nut nibbles / chips, Style 7) or non-granulated (fine nut paste) as required). No preservatives, additives or stabilisers added. For ice cream, as dosage of around 10% is recommended.
