Oil-Soluble Natural Rosemary Extract

Appearance:
Dark yellow liquid, oil-soluble.
Effective components:
Carnosic acid≥5%, soybean oil, etc.
Product Characteristics:
Without solvent residue, RM-12-A without chlorophyll.
Strong antioxidant ability, stronger than VE,, BHA, BHT etc.
Natural and green, no negative effect upon current scientific knowledge.
Convenient to be used, well soluble and dispersible in oily foods.
Stable and hot-resistant, not easy to be decompounded in high temperature of 240℃ in one hour, while most of the other antioxidants are no longer effective at this temperature.
Application:
Used as strong antioxidant in oily products, such as edible oil and grease, baked foods, meat, seasonings, bio-pesticide. To use with organic acid can increase its antioxidant ability.
Dosage:Optimal dosage: 0.02-0.1%.
Cautions:
Mix thoroughly and equally before adding.
Used in products under PH value 8.5.
Avoid contact with iron, copper or other metals, forbidden at high temperature.
