A. We provide the whole service like equipment manufacture, installation, debugging, skill training on workers and after-sale service etc.
B. We provide your company quality plastic woven bag making equipment upon your request. Our factory has the rigorous quality guarantee system and has passed ISO9001 quality assurance system. We put forward to produce first grade products, offer perfect service, keep high level to win the TIANFENG Brand. The plant manager designed and put the quality system into effect to ensure the sales contract. For the bid or order, the sales department, technique department, manufacture department, quality-checking department and financial department separately examine it. Meanwhile the products are strictly supervised by the quality-checking department during its producing and they will again be examined before leaving factory to ensure the quality stated in the order.
C. Providing the security of the equipment transportation, we got the insurance from the China People’s Insurance Company.
D. We provide the installation and debugging of the equipment and the skill training on workers, meanwhile we promised to finish all the prepare work to ensure your put into production on time.
After Sale Service
When the equipment is out into production after the installation, we will have one technician left in charge of the maintenance and operation skill until the buyer can manage. Then the technician can go back with your agreement.
Quality Guarantee Period
Start from the date we installed the equipment, the quality guarantee period is for one-year, during this period if there"s any problem of the equipment except the cause loss parts and man-made reason. The equipment using time of validity is ten-year.
Supply of Spare Parts
We provide a long-term quality spare parts. a) When signing the contract, we provide spare parts and the list of spare parts.
Charge Installation and Skill Training
Charge Installation and skill training on workers are free, the buyer should bear all the charge such as round tickets, accommodation, food etc, and they should pay $30day/person during the period.
