The plant manager designed and put the quality system into effect to ensure the sales contract. For the bid or order, the sales department, technique department, manufacture department, quality-checking department and financial department separately examine it. Meanwhile the products are strictly supervised by the quality-checking department during its producing and they will again be examined before leaving factory to ensure the quality stated in the order.
