2. The machine is equppied with a cross lamp which makes the calibration between the toe of last and the upper more convenient.
3. With the design of specially tracked wipers the all-around multipoint "TEFLON" toe band ensures the upper to be evenly attached to the last after lasting, no prostrusion will occur.
4.The machine is also equipped with an automatic cementing system. The adhesive applicator can be optionally two-step adjusted to match the shape of shoes and can also be quickly switched for different sizes of shoes.The shoe will never decement after being lasted and it can save much labor cost.
5.The design of free regulation of toe head presssing stroke supplies the most stable pressing forces.
6.Each set of pincers can be individully adjusted to their corresponding positions and function with automatic balancing. The operator can manually pull down or reclamp any set of pincers.
7.The last support plate has the two-step up-rising selection. It can avoid the incident of over pulling and breaking uppers.
