Automatic Electronic High-Speed Continuous Dotting Machine

- Electromagnetic clutches and brake of bags sealing and cutting.
- Equipped with an auto-digital counter. When the number of bags per roll is reached, the machine automatically stops.
- The machine also stops if materials are used up or bags are broken.
- The motor controls rolling speed to have bags become a solid roll.
- Using sensors to control feeding speed and ensure stability.
- Setting the sealing knife about 250℃ for a film 0.02 mm thick, and the sealing temperature is set depending on film thickness.
- There are two types of dotting for your choice:
- Dotting by saw. Dotting and Sealing can operate at the same time.(Dotting Special Machine)
- Dotting by teeth-shape cutter or after replacing with plain cutter, it can cut the plain bag as well.(Double-Use Machine)
