Group Call Command Communication System
GC3S is an advanced communication and computer integrated system for Police, Fire Department, Military and Emergency communication. To prevent or manage emergency damage or crime. It can communicate or command many relative departments to join the emergency task or to provide administration support at the same time. It can save communication time and get good performance for crisis management.
Besides EPABX functions, it also exists Automatic Number Identify (ANI) via T1/E1 digital trunk from PSTN. It can get the calling number on GC3S Console from PSTN. It will generate a "Acceptance sheet" when there is an incoming call automatically, and the GC3S console has Group command function. It can command the group users via PSTN tie line at the same time.
The peripheral digital recording system can store the message or to prevent false calling to enhance working efficiency. The A.L.I can display the incoming call's address. The G.I.S can display the allocation Map for the above address. The G.P.S is to monitor vehicle movement from center and control it.

- Duty console Features
- Maximum capacity is 16 consoles
- It has three-operation method i.e. supervisor Console, Duty Console and Command Console. It won't handle incoming call when used as supervisor console or command console. The supervisor console can execute command console functions and has other functions such as monitoring, override, paging to group users and duty console inspection functions.

- Answering, auto-registration filed and generated a Receipt Form. (Including incoming number, address (optional), date, time, duty person ID, duty branch office etc). It can print out or transfer to other branch office for immediately acknowledge

- There are two ringing methods for consign line
- If there is no answer after some ringing then it will start the paging controller, and allows duty person paging to branch office

- Voice Mail System (V.M.S)
- When all the duty consoles are busy then the incoming call will transfer to VMS automatically
- The VMS will have a guiding voice such as "The duty persons are all busy, please leave your message. We will handle your affairs immediately". When any duty console is idle then system will transfer VMS message to this free duty console
- Fax Server
- To FAX the document message from Case management Center to branch office via scanner and FAX Server
- The duty console's screen message can be filed in computer information system and also can transfer message to FAX Server and then to branch office
- Alarm Function
- It will generate a visible and sonic signal to inform maintenance engineer. The message includes alram name, varieties and time etc
