The entire SMS system is constructed by addressing and scrambling controller and data-base management system. SMS system is compatible with current facilities of any satellite uplink station. Satellite uplink station can lease the service to maximum 62 MSOs, hotels, or any other organisations that would like to provide addressing and scrambling service. In addition, one SMS system can support up to 14,000,000 addressing satellite receiver users and it also enables satellite uplink station to control maximum 16 pay channel programs. Therefore, this system allows users to "choose what you watch, and watch what you choose".
