- A socked of position device make a preparation on this position.
- The foot hole of position device at suitable hole of fixed stand of your tool.
- Prepare first a standard sample, which is them place on the terminal pliers in a clamping state. Let the located platform surface make contact with the bottom of the terminal before locking the platform.
- Arrange the contact surfaces of two clamping members to be opposite to each other and then move the contact surfaces in opposite directions until the contact surfaces make contact with both sides of the terminal before locking the two clamping members.
- Fit the stopping member over the clamping member such that one end of the stopping member touches the head of the terminal. Lock the stopping member before testing to make sure that the terminal is pressed properly.
- For various size of terminals replacing the fixed position device.

- Take a fixed position device to be replaced
- The foot hole of position device sticks at suitable hole of fixed stand of out tool.
- Insert a crimped standard terminal into fixed position device. Adjust the terminal holding plate to horizontal position, then, screw up.
