- The high rigidity of Z-axis machine bed. The box beam designed Z-axis machine bed for highest rigidity. The slide with Turcite for much less friction and best wear resisting. The telescopic covers for protecting ball screw away from chips and dirt.
- The dovetail X-axis slideway is designed wide and long for precision. Full supported dovetail X-axis slideway is hardened and ground. The slide lined with Turcite is well lubricated to eliminate stick and for best wear resisting.
- High speed, high precision indexing turret. The 8-position tool turret ensures high repeat positioning accuracy and rigidity. Rapid indexing time from 0.4sec. to 1.3sec. The coolant nozzle built in tool drum can spurt coolant direct to tool tips.
- Separate servo-motor from chipping zone ensure trouble free for electric controls. Limit switches for both axes are remote from coolant and chip to eliminate trouble sources and mark service much easier.
- Wiring in electric cabinet, simple and neat. Wiring is simple and neat, the very big electrical cabinet is good for lower temperature inside, a heat exchanger is installed as standard for further cooling the electronic components.
