Second generation (develop 1995). For long distance and night use. Requesting diving rescue signal. (Though prepared, hope you don't have to use it.) Long closed tube style. Size: 210cm x (Dia.) 11.5cm. Recommended by blowing or air-nozzle, or cut the bottom and fill by regulator, when drifts away, it will stay float, indicating the location of flowing, requesting for help.
