Turbo Grip Front Shifters

• A new front shifter that goes the same way as the directional gear-changing of Grip Shift shifters-that is, it shifts to lower gears by turning away from you, and to higher gears by turning toward you.
• This is the opposite of our front Unidirectional Shifting.
• The SR-222-3L is index, the 222-L is non-index.
• Weight: 80 grams.

Features:

• The Force Adjuster allows on-the- fly adjustment of the shifting tension torque, providing a custom "feel" in the shifters. This variable resistance suits all riders and all riding conditions and accounts for natural strength differences between right and left hands.
• The Turbo Grip comes in a range of modes: 8, 7, 6, 5 and 3-speed index for the right, new friction right shifters, and friction or 3-speed index for the left. All shifters have a cable adjuster to dial in indexing performance.
• The cable installation is simple and direct, requiring no tools. The direct cable pull(no wraparound) minimizes friction and makes for smoother, more responsive shifting. Unlike twist shifters with "wraparound" cable routing, the Turbo Grip requires no derailleur spring upgrades to overcome the friction, a new reinforced cable end improves the interface between shifter and cable.
• The DuPont Delrin spring is durable and more elastic than metal springs. Because it requires no lubrication, it does not attract dirt.
• The large, easy-to-read gear indicators are located above the grip section, so you can actually see the numbers while shifting.
• Simple design: The Turbo Grip has only a handful of parts for easy serviceability
• Quality construction: The spring is designed to avoid excess torque, and the nylon-injected plastic body is shatter-resistant. In tests, the Turbo Grip withstands 10,000 complete shift cycles with no sacrifice in performance.
• Unidirectional Shifting is fast and logical: Both left and right shifters twist in the same direction when going to higher or lower gears. The left-side shifter is also available with the more conventional reverse-direction shifting.
