Champ Design company was established in 1992. In the beginning, we engaged in designing and manufacturing styling components, products research for cars and motorcycles as well as household electricity plants. We invested US$400,000.- in the CAD/CAM computer design system and variety mold processing equipment. In 1993 we invested US$300,000.- equipped with plastic injection machines and then started to produce the external base for water dispensers and relevant parts to supply drinking water dispensers to factouer and offices.
Head and ears in researching and developing the electric chilling system applicable in water dispenser won us the patent in 1994. Then in 1995 we were manufacturing cold, warm, hot - 3 separate water tank dispensers in the Asian and domestic markets with an annual sales of around 35,000 units at that time.
With our advanced innovative technology in developing the CW-919 and CW-929 series of water dispensers led to high quality performance which was patented not only locally but they also obtained CE, GS, ETL, EMC approval for product safety standard certificates and also become a member of IBWA and WQA. The mission and responsibility for our powerful and capable R& D professional engineers is to design unique products, molds, plastic injection and spare parts we out perform our competitors in this field by 70%.
