Sunyard Corporation, Ltd. was established in 1977, and invested in by Evertech Electronics Co., Ltd. in 1981. We manufacture and export various lighting equipment and flash lights. We invested in and established "Nanjing Sunyard Trading Limited" in Nanjing, China in 1993 and moved our headquarters from Tung Hua N. Road, Taipei to a new office at the Far Eastern World Center, in Hsichih.
