Acer advanced desktop management 2.0 is the most sophisticated management information tool for discerning system administrators. Included in this latest version is a separate agent program for Windows environment and an ADM management console that allows the system administrator to centrally manage desktops for the first time. Since the ADM 2.0 is fully compliant with DMI and SNMP standards, it gives you flexibility to use other major industry's management tools with ease. In addition to monitoring SMART disks, PC systems information, asset management, and utilization, the Acer ADM 2.0 is also equipped with a system hardware that monitors the system's hardware devices and alerts the management console when problems are detected.

- Resource management: this involves the monitoring of the system IRQ,I/Q port, DMA channel and memory address, resource analysis can provide the network manager with detailed information to maximize resource and reduce the risk of over-capacity
