We are the largest metal abrasive manufacturer in China with a yearly production capacity of 80,000tons.(50,000tons steel shot, 30,000tons steel grit) We have 10 medium frequency induction furnaces, the molton steel are quenched by centrifugal atomizing systems ( It can help to reduce the voids and crackers greatly), four warm air dryers, and four large size tempering systems, 9 quenching furnaces and then the continuous breaking machines to produce steel grit. We are equipped with superior inspection equipments like fatigue life tester introduced from USA Erivin Company and direct-reading spectrometer introduced from Germany.
