Painting Machine
This machine is a self-researched new-generation coating machine. Now it is widely used in the surface coating on MDF, aluminum board, PVC, etc.
In the old coating sytems, the coating surface made by the roller coater is not even, usually there are many "grooves" on the surface. To solve this problem, Hualong Machinery developed the new type for the surface coating.
This machine adopts stainless steel roller with rough surface which can smooth the undried coating made by the roller coater. In this way, the roll-paint surface is smooth and even-colored as well as curtain painting and hand spray. And most importantly, the coating surface needn't the heavy sanding machine any more.
Currently we have three width: 620mm, 920mm, 1320mm. Any reqirements
- The coating thickness can be adjustable freely between 0.002mm and 0.005mm.
- The paint recycling system can gather the paint and reduce wastage.
