Shenzhen Carewell Electronics Corporation Limited is a manufacturer and supplier of Medical Equipments, inlcuding
Electrocardiographs, Patient Monitors, Electrosurgical Units, and Ultrasound Scanners (CE Certified) from China.

In 2008, Carewell launches new ECGs, upgrades the ultrasound scanners, and develops the new product line of
Surgical Unit CSU-400.

We know that, the product quality is important to the end-users and our partners who distribute our products and
therefore, it is even more important to us.

We audit our quality assurance system of manufacture TUV ISO13485 periodically, with a standard more strict.

All our ultrasound scanners have already been CE approved since the beginning of the new year. All our new
ECGs are designed and made under CE standard, and we will obtain the CE certificate for our ECGs before August 2008.
