^#Efficacy Tests ^$Previous results demonstrated the role of Collaxyl in the systhesis of a rich ECM on which cells different better and express optional protein synthesis. ^#Objective^$The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of Collaxyl on skin repair processes, using an ex vivo model of experimental wound healing.^#Method^$Collaxyl was applied at 1% on the dermis side of 3 mm punch biopsies, for 10 seconds. 2 biopsies were placed right next to each other on the same insert. Inserts kept biopsies at the ir-medium interface. Control, untreated skin biopsies were placed on inserts in the same conditions. Treated and untreated skin samples were cultured for 3 days and then prepared for standard H&E staining and microscope observation^#
