Extruding machine for pp woven bag^$The flat yarn making machine is adopted micro-processor control, frequency conversion governor and setting and displaying technical data may be fully digitized on the basis of absorbing international advanced techniques. The main parts use quality products. The line enlarges L/D ratio and adopts new type of separating screw and widens mixing smelt zone on the extruder screw pot which is specially processed using quality steel, fine plasticized effect, low energy consumption in relation to output. For the change filter system of the flat film stretching line, we apply advanced automatic belt change filter. The bake-board is changed into advanced hot drawing oven and principal technical index of the line reaches international advancing level. The winding machine is of friction-free drive and constant tape tension wind, good formation quality of the fiber drum. The line has the performance of high speed, top yield, low energy consumption, good forming quality of the fiber drum. The structure of the line is compact with a pleasing appearance, smooth running, flexible and reliable control, sophisticated manufacture engineering, convenient operation and reliable production, it can be used in producing flat fiber form thermoplastic, such as polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) etc.^#Circular Loom for PP Bag^$The machine is a kind of equipment to produce circular cylinder woven of PP or PE plastic flat yarn. The 4-shuttle and 6-shuttle circular loom can weave woven bags of all specification.
Our circular loom has a long history and particular technics. After continual innovation, we have acquired many country patent, such as No. ZL00244258.2, ZL01227633.2, ZL99219360.5, ZL99206601.8.
And the new type 6-shuttle loom has obtained a patent which has its honor to have gained a World Invention Golden Medal certificate of the 51th Eureka.
In comparison with others, our circular loom is with wonderful performance such as high speed, low energy consumption, smooth running, low noise, reasonable structure, advanced design, long working life, easy operation and convenient maintenance, high production efficiency, etc. It has high precise warp and weft breakage detecting system and can make smooth looking of the cloth product.
The machine can weave flat yarn of different quality, even 100 recycled material flat yarn.^#Plastic bag Cutting and Sewing ^$The woven cloth will be automatically thermally cut off in a fixed length and sewed, and laborsaving can be realized. Driven by serve motor, the length of bag can be precisely controlled. Sticking is avoided after the bag being thermally cut off. The machine will stop automatically when the cloth is over. The running method in manual or automatic is available. Pneumatically driving is adopted in cloth releasing and can be easily operated.^#PP Bag Printing Machine^$This machine is suitable for printing roll plastic film, non-woven cloth, PVC, thin leather, paper, aluminium foil, cloth and various soft packages with excellent performance and it is a kind of ideal printing equipment for wine box, shoe bag and shoulder bag, etc.

Capability and Character:
1. The screw stem and cylinder are made of 38CrMoAlA, a high quality alloy steel after fine finishing and nitrogenizing treatment, which has high hardness, strong resistance to corrosion, durable service.
2. The die head is plated with hard chrome, of screw mandrel type structure with even and smooth discharging, the blown plastic film has fine finishing; The blower is of labyrinth structure with even air output.
3. The coiling unit adopts pressure friction rewinding or center rewinding, which is driven by torque motor, with even and smooth rewinding and easy roll changing.^#

This machine breaks the former shortcoming of only using expensive special coating plastics for film instead, it use common polypropylene power material plus a little polyethylene. Under the molten state, it has a peculiar gluey function to daub film between braiding bag and paper or braiding bag and BOPP film or on braiding film and make all kinds of compound braiding bags through pasting and cutting by pressure.
As a result, it greatly reduces the cost and win better market for compound bags. The extruder of this unit can control the melting temperature automatically. It uses no-class speed adjuster to adjust the thickness of melting film, two-side or one-side film, double-mold head and the width of coating. The timber, which can be adjusted crossly, has auto-cutting side, blowing side and the M-folding side. If the device is cut off, the whole structure will operate in the same step. Moreover, this machine can also adjust the length of cutting bags by using no-class speed adjuster changing gears.^#Flexographic Printing Machine^$Introduce sensitization resin as flexible printing plate, suitable for printing such packing materials as polyethylene, polypropylene bag, cellophane and roll paper, etc. It is a kind of ideal printing equipment for producing paper packing bag for good, supermarket handbag, vest bag and clothes bag, etc.
