Features:

Automatic Cutting and Sewing^$The woven cloth will be automatically thermally cut off in a fixed length and sewed, and laborsaving can be realized. Driven by serve motor, the length of bag can be precisely controlled. Sticking is avoided after the bag being thermally cut off. The machine will stop automatically when the cloth is over. The running method in manual or automatic is available. Pneumatically driving is adopted in cloth releasing and can be easily operated.

^#plastic bag printing equipment^$Introduce sensitization resin as flexible printing plate, suitable for printing such packing materials as polyethylene, polypropylene bag, cellophane and roll paper, etc. It is a kind of ideal printing equipment for producing paper packing bag for good, supermarket handbag, vest bag and clothes bag, etc.

Performance and Characteristics:

1. Easy operation, flexible starting, accurate color register.

2. The meter counter can set printing quantity according to the requirements. Stop the machine automatically at the quantity or when the material is cut off.

3. Pneumatic printing cylinder lift and lower, is will stir the printing ink automatically after lifting.

4. The printing ink is spread by the knurled cylinder with even ink color.

5. Reliable drying system coordinated with high-speed rotation, it will automatically break circuit when the machine stops.

6. 360°continuous and adjustable longitudinal register device.

7. The frequency control of motor speed adapts to different printing speeds.

Capability and Character:

1. Die head can be turned in 360°, it can strengthen the tension the tension and evenness degree of film.

2. Screw stem and cylinder are all made of 38CrMoAlA alloy, and treated by nitrogen. It has an advantage of great thickness, corrosion resistance and endurance etc.

3. Die head has been chromized, it is advantage of screw core structure ,melting material extruding evenly, and blowing film smoothly etc. Cooling equipment is a labyrinth blow pump which has good effect. Especially,it adopts the recycling cooling water system to ensure the best transparent effect.

4. Discharging equipment adopts pressing braking winding equipment & central winding equipment, and it adopts torque motor to adjust, has the merits of smooth film, convenience operation.
