- The woven cloth will be automatically thermally cut off in a fixed length and sewed, and laborsaving can be realized. Driven by serve motor, the length of bag can be precisely controlled. Sticking is avoided after the bag being thermally cut off. The machine will stop automatically when the cloth is over. The running method in manual or automatic is available. Pneumatically driving is adopted in cloth releasing and can be easily operated.

Performance and Characteristics:

1. Dual-motor gluing and laminating, dual-imported variable frequency synchronous control of motor speed have changed the past shaft transmission mechanism, stable material moving, up to synchronous linear speed, assuring constant tensile modulus.

2. The heating of the bridge double drying tunnel increases the humidity so as to make the laminating speed even higher.

3. Two gluing methods, scraping-knife type or extruding type, can be selected at will according to different technologies.

4. Silver lock temperature control system will control the temperature at the best state.

5. Gluing and composite parts uses separating driving mode, with advantage of compact structure and low fault rate.

- The machine is a kind of equipment to produce circular cylinder woven of PP or PE plastic flat yarn. The 4-shuttle and 6-shuttle circular loom can weave woven bags of all specification.

Our circular loom has a long history and particular technics. After continual innovation, we have acquired many country patent, such as No. ZL00244258.2, ZL01227633.2, ZL99219360.5, ZL99206601.8.

And the new type 6-shuttle loom has obtained a patent which has its honor to have gained a World Invention Golden Medal certificate of the 51th Eureka.
