Ningbo Hongxie Machinery Manufacturing Co. Ltd. Is established in December 1996 as a Sino-Foreign joint venture. The company occupies 15,000 square meters of land 11,000 square meters of constrction area. It is made up of five workshops with 220 employees.
The company is specialized in the manufacture of various clutch disc and cover for vehicles. Annual production capacity is 1,000,000 units and productsare mostly for exports. We have customers in UK, Europe and the U.S.A.
The company has a strong product development centre and expertise lies within her staff. There are over 20 engineers and technical spcialists in the company designing and developing products based on customer requirements using the latest CAD/CAM supports. With a strong in -house tool and mold making capability, we have successfully designed and launched over 450 new products in the last 5 years.
Our process is vertically integrated from stamping, heat treatment, electroplating, and assembly. There is a wide variety of production equipment that enable us to meet with different product designs and customer requirements. Our in-process testing capability enables immediately feedback and correction to the process that guarantees that our products can consistently meet the requirements of our customers.
All of our staff in the company are committed to continuous improvement. We received the ISO9002 registration in 1998, and the QS9000 certification in 2001.
We have introducing TS16949 since 2004, and have gained the certification in May,2005.
