We are poducing full line of self-lubricated, marginally lubricated and fully lubricated plain bearings. . Our products are available in a variety of forms such as cylindrical wrapped bushes, flanged bushes, thrust washers, etc.
As the picture shows, the materials of the bushes is three layers, of which the baseplate is cold-rolled steel, the middle layer is porous sintered bronze powder, and surface layer is improved PTFE. By the special craft and unique structure, the self-lubricating bearing gains excellent mechanical properties, good anti-friction and wear resistant.
