We use Swedish SSAB company's high strength cold roll steel as its boom
material. This steel's yield strength is above 900Mpa. Some parts such as
boom system, landing leg, oil tanker have taken stress relieving after
welding. Each welding seam have used 100% NDE(nondestructive evaluation)
or X radial check to avoid all the defects.
The rotary apparatus in boom system use Germany ROTHE ERDE or Italy
company's products. The material is 42CrMo and has a higher strength and
operating life.
