There are 20 containers ready to deliver. These containers are in Antwerpen, Belgium right now. Each container loaded abt. 25 MT beef cuts and 2 MT of trimming.
Specifications:
- Meat^$All the beef (compensated quartes and complete cow side) is cutted in pieces of abt. 1.5- 2 kg. Each, and frozen in block in 30 kg. Cartons.
- On the boxes we put a code to identify which one is of fore quarter beef pieces and which is of hindquarter`s beef pieces.
- The look of the meat inside the box, frozen in block, is practically the same.
- Trimming is 80/20, also frozen in block.
