We started producing PC cases in 1992. Ten years later, Foshan Zhongchang's share of the domestic market has risen to 30 percent, and we post annual export returns of $32 million. Our cases are now selling well in the US, the UK, Germany, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Our product catalog features 30 models, mostly ATX and Micro ATX cases. Targeting the DIY market, our R&D team releases three new PC cases every month. Standard features include rolled-edge and tool-free design, transparent side panels, blowhole cooling technology, front USB ports and electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection. We recently rolled out an aluminum alloy ATX case with dynamic CPU temperature LCD, adjustable fan speed and open-door front panels for the high-end market.
At Foshan Zhongchang, we can produce up to 300,000 units monthly. Our 100,000-square-meter facility houses a metal punching workshop, two component production centers and four assembly lines, a module development room, a plastic injection room and spray-painting and silkscreen printing workstations. Most of our equipment is imported from Japan.
