YITONG Compact-Rails & Rollers assembly is the key components in Linear Motion Systems. It was specially designed to meet the exacting requirements of automated processes. The assembly design features a slider with adjustable preload inside a track-rail. The roller design features a precision double row ball bearing, with a Gothic arch groove shaped outer ring having two contact points between the roller and rail, so the contact function is favorable. The Compact-Rails & Rollers assembly feature compact size, optimal use of space, high speed runs and with a special adjustable pivot through which it is connected to the body of the slider. The pivot permits easy, accurate adjustment to zero clearance or preload. All components are interchangeable with ones in stock.
