Electronic Injection Distributor

Brief Introduction
This Product acquires engine crank corresponding phase signal and rotating speed signal, which after ECU treatment, are used together with signals collected from other load sensor (such as shutter location sensor) to achieve electronic control over engine ignition timing. Compared with mechanical ignition timing control, this is more precise and reliable, resulting in optimized performance of engine in oil consumption, exhaust, output and torque.
Structure
This Product is composed of Hall sensor assembly and the distributor with ignition timing. Compared with conventional distributor, it avoids vacuum advance actuating device and centrifugal advance actuating device. It has a structure of restraint impedance distribution head and screening cover in order to reduce magnetic disturbance caused by engine ignition system, enabling the whole engine system to operate more reliably.

Applicable to 462Q3 and 465Q5 electronic injection gasoline engine.
Use, Installation and Maintenance
1.Regulate engine flywheel (timing gear) to timing position.
2.Dismantle distributor lid and make sensor to point to rotor casing 1 convex tooth.
3.Plug distributor to engine installation position, fasten distributor bolt.
4.Switch on motor and engine will operate properly.
5.Use timing light to regulate distributor timing point up to required position, then fasten bolt.
