The connection modules are designed for mounting on a standard DIN rail and can therefore be mounted in a variety of housings in whatever quantities are required. The small footprint (2 cm wide) ensures a compact product. They are supplied with the appropriate plug-in modules already installed. These may easily be replaced later in the service life of the product if network requirements change. This drop wire connection box may be used to connect two outdoor and two indoor drop wires. It can also act as a splicing box for drop wires. Specially recommended for aggressive environments, it consists of a rectangular box base with a cover and one or two connection modules secured in the base.
