The powder make-up unit mixes up the chemical/ polymer powder and water spirally in the pre-mixing device, by a constant dosing of powder into liquid to make-up a precise concentration of solution.
The double-stage dissolver can achieve the purpose of chemical/polymer mixing and aging in two separate reactors to provide a higher make-up capacity. The matured chemical solution is then transferred to additional storage tank for demand.
