he factory is established in 1984; has over 160 employees, among them 17 technicians; covers an area of 16000 sq. meters; and the annual
production capacity is 8000 tons, 99% of the products are mainly exported to Southeast Asia, Europe and America. It has advanced automatic cold-forging and cold forming production equipment, and a whole set of advanced checkout equipment, to have the whole process detection and tracked control of chemical analysis, metallography analysis, hardness test, pull experiment, salt fog experiment, magnetic force flaw detection and various kinds of torsion test, etc. for the quality of raw materials, finished goods and finished products.
The factory mainly produces fastening hexagon head firmware according to the standards from various countries, the involved standards: International GB, American system ANSI, German system DIN, British system BSW, Japanese system JIS, international standard ISO, and so on. The products specification is from M5 to M22, the grade of the products is from German system 4.8 to 10.9 or from American system grade 2 to grade 8. And the surface varieties: original, black, zincification, galvanizing, and corrosion resistance green paint and plating --Dacromet, etc.
