b) Charge status LED indicator output:
OFF ---- No battery inserted or no power supply.
RED ---- the charging is going (wake up trickle charging or quick charging).
GREEN ---- the charging is over.
FLASH ---- the charging is exceptional (bad battery pack).
c) High PWM Charging Output to simplify the charging circuit with limited components.
