Our History:
| 1974/11 | Established with paid capital of NT$ 2,500,000. At that time, mainly processed the articles by milling operation. |

| 1977/4 | Set up the Designing and Fabrication Departments. |
| 1981/11 | Be the member of Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry (TAMI). TAMI No.:3554. |
| 1983/11 | Set up CNC Comprehensive Cutting and Processing Department. |
| 1986/7 | Increased capital to NT$ 5,000,000. |
| 1987/4 | Increased capital again to NT$ 25,000,000. |
| 1987/8 | Moved factory to Tu-Cheng City, Taipei Hsien (now). |
| 1995/6 | Increased production equipment. Purchased Japan HITACHI CNC horizontal machining center. (HG-630). |
| 2000/6 | Increased production equipment to replace the old ones. Purchased two Japan NIIGATA CNC horizontal machining centers (HN-50C). |
| 2003/4 | Increased production equipment to replace the old one. Purchased Japan OKUMA CNC horizontal machining center. (MA-50HB). |
