Procedures/testing Details
Raw material control: To assure quality, all raw materials must pass the required tests before introduction to production.
Production control: By following the control requirements, necessary tests shall be conducted, such as SPC.
Final product control: To assure product quality, a finished product must be undergo rigid tests as required, including: measurement, hardness, tension, film and salt spray.
Packing control: All packing shall be passed by regid checks as the customer required before release.
