Unthread Mold
We have the best experience unscrewing molds in Taiwan. We use Husky hot runner system for our high production cap tools with unscrewing. We use hydraulic cylinder with rack to drive the thread cores. We will try to drill water lines in thread cores if the thread core is not too small. Because the cooling will be key to get short cycle time. We use fully hard steel with different hardness at the contact cores or sleeves to prevent cores galling. We use to make steel safe before T1. Than adjust critical dim.s to spec. after cycle time achieve to customer requires.
We have been making a lot tools with unscrewing, like pipe fitting and some main body with threads. We can design the thread cores at the side of tool using hydraulic motor with gears to drive the thread cores. We have been shipping a lot of tools to our US customers used this kind of construction. They are very happy with this kind of tools. Unscrewing the thread core by motor. But we don't need to has thread core screwing back. We designs to have slide block to push the thread cores back directly to save screwing time.
