Pipe Fitting
Light-Wave founded in 1983 and started from plumbing exported. We need a lot of tools for production for all different pipe fittings.
This make us have more than 20 years experience for pipe fitting tools. We have been making a lot of tools for TEE and T Strainer with one hydraulic motor to drive 4 sides of unscrewing cores. And one hydraulic cylinder to drive gears for rotated cores for blend Elbow tools.
We use Fully hard stainless steel for PVC tools. And Fully hard H-13 for PP plus glass fiber tools. We use to make steel safe on the threads before T1. We adjust thread cores after T1 to Bring the NPT and BSP pipe threads to in + - one thread tolerance. We don't need to weld thread for thread adjusted.
We have a lot tools with interchangeable inserts for similar items to save tooling cost. Some of tools can interchange to run for more than 20 items. We can design tool to interchange the inserts from press, even change the ejectors to save yiur time for insert interchange.
