Operation Flow Chart:
Sales Dept.:4 persons - handling quotation, negotiation and accepting orders as well as customer complaint.
Mold Dept.: 12 persons - mold making and drawing proofing.
Engineering Dept.: 5 persons - New product manufacturing flow planning, finished good design change, sample submission.
QC Dept.: 4 persons - Dimensions assurance and quality control.
Manufacturing Dept.: 12 persons - Product Inspection (total or sampling inspection), packing and shipping.
