Hangzhou Sound Foundry Company Ltd., a modern, large-size, and professional foundry company, is a combination of production, R&D and marketing of casting products. Coming under Zhejiang Jiali Technology Group, the company is regarded as a chairman level member of Zhejiang Foundry Association.
In view of its development, in 2005 the company moved from Jianqiao of Hangzhou to Guali Industrial Zone of Xianshan; and a foundry plant covering a land area of 50,000 M2 has been built up with a capacity of 50,000 tons of annual casting production. With its internationally advanced foundry equipments and together with the horizontal processing center and various machine tools owned by the parent company, Jiali Technology Group which were introduced from Germany, demands of customers for rough and fine machining can be met.
Adopting resin bonded sand moulding technique, the company is professional in the production of spheroidal-graphite iron casting, gray cast iron casting and alloyed iron castings which are heat-proof, wear-proof and corrosion-proof in accordance with the standards such as ASTM/ANSI, JIS, EN (DIN), GB etc. as well as enterprise standards specified by customers. At present we mainly produce components and parts for wind power generators, and meanwhile, various castings of machine tool parts, injection machine parts, die-casting machine parts, pipe fittings, pumps and valves and so on. Sticking to the principle of "qualtiy first and customer supreme", we are witnessing the continuous growth of the company. Currently we have around 80% casting products exported to Japan, Europe and USA, supplying our major customers including Hitachi, Ube, Mitsubish from Japan, Tyco from Germany and Castec from Australia as well as Falk from the USA etc. During more than ten years of trading with foreign enterprises, the company has set up its quality control system, armed with necessary inspection equipments, fostered a sophisticated team of management staff, engineering staff and technical workers, also, it has been approved by German TÜV, and ISO9001:2000 in both the US and China.
