Sun Everlasting In 1965, Sun Everlasting Foundry Co., Ltd. formerly called king Long Sing Metal industrial Co., Ltd. and moved to Chia-Li industrial Area, Tainan county in 1992. The semi-automatic molding method and the High/Low frequency induction furnace were introduced to our new factory, and our major products now, are included gray iron and ductile iron casting and subside manufactured heat resistant & wear resistant steel castings.
Concerning the issue of quality control, we adopted Jobin Yvon spectrometer and CE meter to analyze the constitution of the iron casting and adopted the Clympus metallurigical microscope to analyze the iron casting structure, universal testing machine and pressure resistant testing machine to test the metal strength and pressure resistance. Each batch of iron casting is always tested carefully and completely, to ensure casting quality and satisfy customer's inquiry.
In order to rise the competition ability in the market, we have adopted ISO9002 model and passed the ISO9002 certification in 1998. To improve the quality and production by produce automatically, quality control standardly, and equipment maintenance full-filly and increase our advantage of competition by computer integrated manufacturing modules using to meet customer request.
In conclusion, with the manufacturing equipment in our factory, we can produce 800 tons of casting products each month. We are not only manufactured standard products, but also O.E.M/O.D.M welcome. Hopefully, we could grow up together with our customers by mutual effort.
