Your Order:
Please assist us by giving our sales people an accurate description of the needle systems you are ordering. Specific systems name, number of box (or in piece) and size (most of time, we can recognize two different types, for ex. size 14 = 90, 16 = 100, etc), also definite shipping instruction. Your further detailed instructions may help us to arrange your order soonest.
Order shall not be cancelled since it had left our factory, nor returned unless concise written approval our Sales dept. Merchandise returned because of our error will be replaced or credited without expense to the customer. Otherwise, we reserve the right to make a reasonable handling charge when returned. Also, all returns must be accompanied by the Commercial Invoice No. and the date of shipment.
We will do our best to keep our customers informed of any change and improvement of some needle's system, but sometimes the updating of data in HTML file will reach rather late to be amended at the web-site. We are not sure too, that you are holding our latest catalogue. To avoid such, kindly contact our sales department to get the latest informations.
Prices & quotations:
Due to Exchange-rate fluctuation, we highly recommend to contact our sales Dep. for the current price list. Quotations are for immediate acceptance within written period of time shown on the quotation validity.
All shipments out of our corporation are based on FOB or FOR terms. Insurance will be arranged by customers.
Corporation policy:
Orders will be confirmed after receipt of down payment. Shipment will be effected after receipt of balance.
