Forging Part - Chrysler, Ford

1. Material conformance to steel bar and wire, general requirements or produced form continuously cast blooms or billet s ceramic shroud protection.
2. Material grade: SAE 5140 / 1045 / 1541 or similar.
3. Forging processed to forgings, hot, hardening general requirements.
4. Heat treatment the surface and core brinell hardness: 181 ~ 261.
5. All radius to be 1.5mm and Draft to be 7°.
6. All dimensions are to sharp corners and must be free from burrs and sharp edges.
7. Process lubricants must be water soluble and removable by caustic cleaning.
