To construct the suspension system, we usually use rubber mount or rubber bushing on the installation of cushions and suspension arm. It is to utilize the characteristic of rubber. The elasticity supports all directions including rotary direction and absorbs the transmission of shock. This can make Ball joint carry on essential fulcrum motion too; anyhow, due to entry work can cause the transformation of the elasticity and change the position of the fulcrum, it is necessary to arrange it as a characteristic that won't transform and upset the vehicle.
Application reference:
1. For UK / EC variants only all material and coating to conform to legislative re-cyclability requirement of 2000 / 53 / EC.
2. Final material selection to be determined through consultation between engineering design and production nominated supplier.
3. Outer housing £p50 has been subjected to 11.0% pre-compression.
4. Rubber insert to be fully bonded to inner sleeve and outer housing.
5. Concept design to be subjected to fea analysis by supplier for both fatigue 6.
6. Performance optimization and static stiffness rate validation.
7. Development bushes range from design static rate ¡Ó6.5¢X & ¡Ó11.0¢X shore hardness.
